These green super foods have an amazing nutrient content profile and they are concentrated, which means they are literally packed with higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than the same amount of mature greens. They are referred to as vegetable confetti but one thing is for sure - they pack a punch and are highly sought after.

The Lavender has a section of our growing area dedicated to micro greens. We deliver these directly to your home from our Grayson or Loganville Facility. Once you order we will send an email with an updated harvest date (the max time would be 10 days) but most orders are harvested within 2-4 days. 

Most customers do not cook their micro greens instead they are eaten raw in salads etc. 

We harvest and then deliver. We do not keep these cold and wait for orders. It is just the opposite. This is why we are often chosen for our micro greens. Fresh cut means max nutrition and results.
